- Failure to show up, poor internal sales follow-up, or improper offer execution by you does not entitle you to a refund.

3. No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee leads, sales, or revenue increases. While our case studies and testimonials are real, they reflect exceptional outcomes. Your results will vary based on effort, niche, ad budget, internal systems, and external market forces.

4. Intellectual Property

All systems, frameworks, SOPs, ad scripts, funnels, templates, training, and proprietary methods remain the sole property of Crafted Velocity unless otherwise stated in writing. You may not resell, share, reproduce, or distribute our materials without express written consent.

Payment Processor Compliance (e.g., Stripe)

All payments are processed securely through Stripe or similar merchant services. By purchasing, you authorize us to charge your card per agreed terms. Chargebacks filed without cause may result in legal action or service termination.

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any legal claims or disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of the applicable courts of Ontario.
